Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to bring? [+]
The
only thing you need to bring is your scrapbooking stuff
and an overnight bag!
We provide bedding, towels, basic toiletries, and hair dryers.
What do we do for food? [+]
We gladly provide you with the morning essentials: coffee,
and continental breakfast type foods. We've also
created a list of area restaurants for your lunch and dinner
needs. Most groups however, take advantage of the fully
functioning kitchen and bring meals to prepare and share.
Vegetable trays, frozen lasagna, and pre-made pizzas are a popular
choice. How much time you spend in the kitchen is up to you!
What if I don't scrap? [+]
The Inn was designed with the scrapper in mind, but it is very well
suited for rubber stamping, quilting, jewelry making, and most any
crafting hobby.
Is alcohol allowed? [+]
While
we are unable to provide alcohol, you are more than welcome to
bring your own. Wine glasses and bottle openers are available
for you, so need to worry about those!
Will I have to share a bedroom or bed? [+]
Bedrooms (four of them) are shared, but everyone will have their own extra long, very comfortable, twin bed.
What if I run out of essentials? [+]
There are a limited amount of "emergency supplies" available at the inn, and there is a Michael's about 8 miles away if you need to make a quick run.
If I need a short break, what else is around? [+]
The Dixboro General Store is right next door, and you must take at
least one break for a quick visit there! (Coupons are even
provided at the Inn!) Also, check the "Area Attractions"
above, for plenty of more to do in the area.
